It seems that many times when you have a less than perfect support interaction you want to tell the world. But when you have a great interaction ... you don't tell anyone!
I decided to tell TechnicalSupportFeedback@solarwinds.com of a job well done. Since I already had it written, I thought I tell my Thwack friends as well. Keep in mind this was after hours. Phone was answered in about five minutes!

I am writing to let you know that Jose Angelo Jacosalem provided truly exceptional support with case 620850!
I had just invested a great deal of effort to plan and execute an upgrade of the production Solarwinds installation and to participate in the NCM Release Candidate offering.
Post upgrade it was discovered that we could not edit node properties and were receiving a somewhat cryptic error message.
Angelo went above and beyond in researching and resolving the underlying cause and saving us from backing out everything, losing many hours of planning and coordinating and executing the upgrades.
In addition, we now get to enjoy the improvements in NPM, NCM, NTA and SAM we gained with the upgrades!
