Hi All,
We see some discrepancy in polling SNMP service from the host server. Whenever we receive the status as DOWN for SNMP service in the server we could see that the SNMP services are UP and running fine but When we receive the status as UNKNOWN then we could see the SNMP test getting failed. And we get get these DOWN alerts in bulk which is completely fake.
Could someone help me sort out this discrepancy in Solarwinds. It would be great if someone could guide me in this.
