NCM connection with Cisco ME3600 switches

Hi guys,

I've installed NCM 7.3 and I'm trying to use it with Cisco me360X switches and it doesn't work. Everytime I tried the result was:

----- Connection Profile: testME3600 -----

Device Template: Cisco IOS-1.3.6.1.4.1.9

I've tried adding the connection details manually with no success. Is there another way I can do this or edit the device template?
