Credentials validation failed due to an error

I am no longer able to see CDR data in "VoIP Search" (VNQM 4.2) so I checked my FTP server and saw that Call Manager was still uploading CDR/CMR records. I clicked on my Call Manager Publisher >"Edit Node," went to "Call Manager CDR/CMR Polling," and clicked "Test" under both "AXL Credentials" and "FTP Server Settings." Both generated the following message: "Credentials validation failed due to an error." The AXL test failed with "SolarWinds.Orion.IpSla.Contracts.IIpSlaBusinessLayer.ValidateAxlCredentials failed, check fault information" and the FTP Server Settings failed with "SolarWinds.Orion.IpSla.Contracts.IIpSlaBusinessLayer.ValidateVoipCCMFtpConnectionInfo failed, check fault information."

 

I am opening a Support Case immediately following this post. While I am waiting to hear back, does anyone know where or how to "check fault information?" I searched thwack for both error messages and there are no resolutions.

 

I did a "repair" on VQNM just to see if that would clear things up, but no luck. My AXL password and FTP password have not been changed and the Windows firewall is turned off on my server. This was all working until about a month ago, right around the time I had an issue with QoE, for which I opened a Support Ticket, that was subsequently fixed by Technical Support.
