I have many questions, but I will only ask two in this post.
First - I just started a new position last week and my first task is to set up a new instance of Solarwinds. We currently only have Orion and SAM. Are there best practice guides that I should be referencing to help me set my environment up efficiently and effectively?
Second – I was just asked if Solarwinds has the ability to monitor our backup jobs and alert the staff if they are still running in the mornings? If this is possible how would I go about setting up this task?
