For what it's worth, I understand the email issue is not a DNSStuff issue, however GoDaddy doesn't want to troubleshoot since DNSStuff is able to duplicate the problem they are seeing so I was hoping if I could better understand why DNSStuff can't find our PTR record I might have more information to go back to GoDaddy with. Since I can't find anyone other than GoDaddy or DNSStuff that has a problem with our PTR I figured I would try asking here since I wasn't making much progress directly with GoDaddy.
