I used surveys at a previous company and after turning them on I wish I hadn't. The users hated them as they were getting bombarded with emails. Once you create the survey, changing it skews your data. ( if you have 3 choices a - apple, b - banana, c - carrot. you cant change the order of the choices. if you do the data still says the user selected a but a now equals carrot) It was also a nightmare to turn them off. I would test them to make sure you really want to work. I would think you can look in the outgoing mail section to see if it was sent but not sure
