Just to add this for anyone who has this issue in the future... this is what Support had to say. It seems to work, but I've encountered the problem again this morning.
Can you please try reinstalling Job Engine:
1. Stop all SolarWinds services using the Orion service manager located at Start > All programs > SolarWinds Orion > Advanced features
2. Browse to C:\ProgramData\Solarwinds\installers
3. Run the JobEngine.msi, Jobengine.v2.msi and the CollectorInstaller.msi and uninstall each
4. After they are all removed then run them again to reinstall the services, if the installer asks choose Typical install
* If the Job engine service does not want to reinstall check to see if you have User account control enabled. If so then turn it off and reboot the server and then the service should install
5. Restart all SolarWinds services
Give it about 10 minutes to poll after making the changes above and see if those monitors update.
